New Build, High End Residential Building, of modern construction, Brick Built, Contemporary design with modern styling. This is distinctive by using a circular central double height hallway with a spiralling staircase, as the central and focal point of the building.

A large central light feature was suspended at the centre point of the stairwell.

Strategy was to incorporate energy saving LED products recessed within the ceiling, where lamps were held by a black baffle for good glare control. Scope was limited due to a cellular structural support for the floors.
